Although the Finals are around the corner, the test bank system will start during the spring semester. Our apology for the late for the inconvenience, but we hope that your spring semester will be easier.

A Test Bank is a collection of school notes, quizzes, tests that are held by an individual/group. As the name implies, it is mostly vast number of previous test (since it usually marks the highest % of our grade) and students use it to understand the format of the test, as well as, the difficulty of the test.

1.       Generally, Test Banks are not considering cheating. Most professors know that the test banks exist (its not something KUSA decided to come up with).

a.       This is why some professors change their questions every semester to prevent unfair advantage to some students or set their test questions that are more essay based.

b.      Some professors are fine with the idea. They know that memorizing answers does not help them during the test. (most likely, because his/her  test are concepts & analytical based) or they simply believe that it hurts the students to use it.

c.       Some professors are fine with test banks when its verbatim (meaning word for word) every year, while some professors even consider sharing lecture notes cheating.

d.      When in doubt, just ask the professor.

Pick-a-Prof

-// A Pick-a-Prof is an online database that helps college students make educated decisions about professors and classes.  By combining an extensive amount of academic information directly from university records along with social networking data, it is the most well known database of its kind.

Ex: Dr. John – 20% A’s 10% B’s 40% C’s 30% D’s.  Dr. Smith- 90% A’s 10% B’s 0% C’s-D’s.  If you were strictly looking for an easy grade, it would be obvious to pick Dr. Smith over Dr. John.  Pick-a-prof provides this statics and assessments.

FYI
1 . Since it is our first year of doing TB, we might not have all the tests you ask us for. We apology for the inconvenience if we cannot provide you with such source.

a.       Know that if you are majoring in something less popular and common (such as… “latin” for example). Most likely, we won’t have it.

b.      Being that it is an “asian oriented” social club, our test banks are most likely tests that Asians major in. Such as Natural Sciences, Business, Pre-law/dent/med, Liberal Arts.  But nevertheless it would not hurt to ask us whatever test you might need.

c.       I check this website on a daily bases, so I will know almost the day you type.  If its urgent you can always call me(Kenni) or francis (V.P). Our phone numbers are listed in the Korean Undergraduate Student Association in facebook.

d  Lastly, and most importantly… You can help us out by giving your old tests as well!!!
